Welcome to the Sunset Villa!
Just 15 steps away from the beach, this villa offers both leisure and comfort in a central location. In this villa you will be able to lounge in splendor in the patio seating area including a cozy rounded daybed and a comfortable sofa where you can soak in the sunshine or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets.
As you step into the spacious entrance you will find a comfortable common space including a sofa, tv, air con and an indoor dining area. The kitchen comes fully supplied
Located on the main floor is the master bedroom with a private connected bathroom featuring double sinks and a spacious shower. Every bedroom in the villa includes has a private bathroom and has hotel quality cotton bedding, bath towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, as well as beach bags with beach towels.
As guests ascend the indoor staircase, they will arrive on the second level where there are two bedrooms both including private double sink on suite bathrooms. The ocean facing bedroom includes a balcony with additional outdoor armchairs and the second bedroom offers a quiet and intimate atmosphere.
At the top of the outdoor staircase to the third level guests can enjoy an aerial view of the village on the fully furnished patio. Connected to this beautiful space is the fourth bedroom which overlooks the village with a partial sea view and features a private double sink bathroom.

Beautiful and clean accommodation, very close to the beach, just 30 meters away. It is a house in a planned community that has a private beach. Inside, there are 4 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen
Lovely house and lady in charge of the buildings was excellent and answered question quickly 24/7. The place was a bit remote although we had our own car. I would stay again.
