This Villa features beauty and privacy perfect for families or a group of friends. Located in a quiet luxury neighborhood, Sunbay Villa is just 60 meters from Half Moon Beach and 250 meters from the Beach Club. This villa offers a beautiful partial sea view. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
You will be able to experience the beautiful weather of the island in your own private outdoor area including a shaded patio with seating and dining space. Guests can enjoy an outdoor BBQ in the comfort of their own backyard. In the grassy backyard guests can relax on sun loungers and look out over the lovely golf course view
As you step inside the spacious and bright entrance you will find a comfortable living room featuring a luscious sofa, and powerful air conditioning. Also located in this main space is the full kitchen
Located on the main floor is the master bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. This bedroom features individual air conditioning, hotel quality cotton bedding, bath towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, as well as umbrellas, and beach towels. A special bonus found in this villa is the washing machine located in the master bathroom.
With its own separate entrance is an additional ground floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This cozy and quiet space features total privacy and includes individual air conditioning, hotel quality cotton bedding, bath towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, as well as umbrellas, and beach towels.
At the top of the private outdoor staircase on the upper level of the villa is the third bedroom and includes a private ensuite bathroom. This room sits over the front of the house and faces towards the sea. Across the beautiful outdoor terrace is the fourth bedroom with a full bathroom that faces toward the mountain jungle.

This was our first time to Koh Chang (after living in Thailand for 5years) and I think it has become out new favourite island..!
Excellent place with all the facilities for a great vacation. Really enjoyed our stay
Although the house is not big, the space is well used. The housekeeper also responds quickly. This area is also very suitable for elderly people with children, and will choose again next year.
The villa is less than 5minutes from the pier and so easy to get to.
The pristine beach was 30 meters walk from the villa and there was a large communal swimming pool, pool bar & beach front restaurant, all which were excellent.
We also hired motor bikes through the recommendation of check in staff and they arrived within 30mins of us making the call; these proved invaluable to get around the island and made going down to White Sands so much easier.
Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a family friendly place, with a nice relaxed atmosphere…we’ll be back for sure..!
