Enjoy your own private garden directly touching the beach. There is a large patio area featuring a BBQ for your family or friends to gather around and enjoy a meal outside. Sun loungers are included for you to relax in while sipping a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the sea.
As you step inside the spacious and bright entrance you will find a comfortable open concept living room featuring comfortable sofas, tv, air conditioning and an indoor dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is located alongside the living room.
Located on the main floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This large bedroom features individual air conditioning, hotel quality cotton bedding, bath towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, as well as beach bags, umbrellas, and beach towels. The bathroom also includes a double sink and plenty of counter space.
At the top of the private outdoor staircase on the second level of the villa is a beautiful outdoor terrace which is having entrance doors to the second bedroom and third bedrooms. Sea View bedroom is added by washing machine and ensuite bathroom. Across the beautiful outdoor terrace is the private entrance to the third bedroom with ensuite bathroom facing towards calm street.

I was in 2 villas with my family, both immaculate, clean and enough room for everyone.
beautiful private city, right next door with 2 restaurants.
Only with the weather at the end of September we were not lucky.
All in all, definitely 5 stars.
We will definitely come back.

The villa I stayed in this time was particularly satisfied. The parents and children loved it very much. There were few people with good scenery. When we opened the door, we also saw a shooting star on the first night. Next to the villa is the pool and sunset restaurant, it is convenient. The housekeeper helped us contact with car rental. If you could drive or ride a motorbike, the village is beautiful and have a lot to do and a lot fo to look
Beautiful place on a nice beach at the north end of Koh Chang, not far from the ferry dropoff point but far enough. New development currently very quiet and private. Very nice natural surroundings, clean beach, great views, in a comfortable villa with all the amenities you might need for a few days break. Host was very responsive and friendly.
I had already rented a villa nearby before and can therefore compare directly - Villa 1E is an absolute dream. Very clean! Beautifully located and really quiet. I moved my home office to the terrace of the villa:-) and has never worked soo was beautiful.
The villa is right at the beach and on foot you can at least 4 restaurants very easy to reach. But I often cooked myself and was very pleased with the good kitchen equipment, incl. Gas stove! I really can only recommend it!
You can rent motorbikes everywhere and for shopping and sightseeing you need a motorized base.
Utalay team was a great host and communicating with them was always very straightforward, very timely and helpful.
I'm already planning the next stay, but then with my wife :-)
