Lace Villa

This modern, newly built villa is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends travelling together. With spacious common areas, a large private swimming pool and beautiful views over the golf course and surrounding mountains, the villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

As you arrive at the villa, there are two private parking spaces available for guests.
Stepping inside, you will enter a spacious and welcoming living area featuring a large comfortable sofa, TV and air conditioning. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare both Asian and European-style meals. It includes an electric hob, microwave, toaster, blender and rice cooker, as well as a full set of wine glasses, ceramic dishes, cutlery and other cooking utensils. For guests who enjoy preparing authentic Thai dishes, the kitchen also includes a traditional krok for making papaya salad.

Large sliding doors open directly from the living room onto the spacious outdoor terrace. Here you will find a large private swimming pool, a comfortable lounge area and a barbecue, making this an ideal space for relaxing, enjoying a meal together or spending time with friends and family. The terrace overlooks the beautiful golf course and Golf Waters lake, creating a peaceful and scenic setting throughout the day.

Also located on the main floor is a convenient bathroom.
The bedrooms are located upstairs and can be reached via the villa's internal staircase. There are four bedrooms in total, providing comfortable accommodation for families or groups travelling together.

Two spacious master bedrooms feature king-size beds, private en-suite bathrooms and their own balconies. Both master bedrooms offer beautiful views over the golf course and surrounding mountains, providing a relaxing place to wake up and enjoy the scenery.

There are also two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. These bedrooms offer lovely mountain views and provide a quieter and more intimate space for guests.

The two additional bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet, located just outside the bedrooms in the hallway and accessible without passing through either bedroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, hotel-quality cotton bedding and soft cotton bath towels. For your convenience, each bedroom also includes a hair dryer and a beach bag with a light-coloured bath towel for use after showering and a separate dark-coloured towel for the beach or swimming pool.
