If you want to feel like you have your own private beachfront resort, this is the villa for you! You will have an absolute view of the sea. This villa offers plenty of outdoor space with a large terrace overlooking the sea, and a large garden BBQ patio next to the private pool. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this villa can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
As you step inside the spacious and bright entrance you will find a large living room featuring a sofa, smart tv, air conditioning and an indoor dining area. Located next to the living room area is the fully equipped kitchen. Located on the main floor is the sea view master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom in house features individual aircon.
Large sliding glass doors allow direct access to the pool and beach. At the other end of the hallway is the second bedroom with ensuite bathroom. At the top of the outdoor staircase is the second level terrace. Here there is a comfortable seating area where guests can enjoy the Seaview and sunset. Located off of the terrace are three additional bedrooms all with individual entrances. Each bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom Two of the upper bedrooms have stunning seaview.

The second time I came to Koh Chang, my first time staying Utalya Villas. The house I chose this time met all my imagination before I came.Clean room with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom tools.The private pool is also large.The happiest thing is that it is located in the first row of the beach, which is very suitable for beach access and has a kayak kayak.It is very cozy to drive through the beautiful sunset by a small boat.
It is a little far from the core commercial area of Koh Chang, it takes about 20 minutes by car, but it is very close to the pier, and it is a five-minute drive.
